I've purchased 2 GM automobiles before and was fairly happy with the support. I visited Currie Engines in Forest Park, Illinois thinking I would be handled pretty like a 3rd period returning customer. Because it works out the Salesman was so hawkish he declined to provide me the trade in price on my vehicle, despite I requested for this twelve times. Then he proceeded to determine me insurance that didn’t actually protect the automobile. I went off the ton in a fresh vehicle which was uninsured, but was informed it had been covered. I came across this out months later after I started to examine insurance costs by myself. I'd joined to an arrangement centered on a particular number and we shook hands-on this quantity. When I experienced the credit executives office, he started to try to strong-arm me into an arrangement which was about 5% higher in a payment per month than we'd decided. I'd requested this isn't what we decided to he pressed the agreement around and stated go or abandon it fundamentally. I that time I possibly must of strolled out-but I needed to complete the offer and so I went a mind. After worrying I had been contacted from the support supervisor who explained when you get that study, we’ll look after you. Actually he explained that to “right the wrong” he'd provide me a two-year support agreement providing me free gas changes, etc. I never obtained the study from GM so that they rapidly retracted there choices in my experience for that awful way thru handled a 3rd time client. No support agreement, no-return telephone calls. All to get a 3rd period client who returns to buy an automobile in the same location.
