Arrest threats and cursing in collection calls over mailed payment

I have an auto loan. They started calling and harassing us, saying I was late and they were going to repossess my car. I let them know I had mailed the payment, but that wasn't good enough for them. They started threatening to call the police on me and report the car stolen, because they stated the car technically was not mine. They said that if they went to my house to repossess it and the car was not there, they would have me arrested for grand theft.

Half the time you get someone who does not even speak English well; the accents are so heavy you can't understand them. They assumed I did not understand Spanish and started to cuss at me in Spanish. Never ever do business with this company.
