I had been in an incident by having an individual covered by point standard. Another driver was to blame, therefore after not reading from their insurance company for 2 times following the incident I began attempting to contact them. The broker, Donna Jones, fundamentally got my declaration and was beyond rude, informing me to rush up, so when I started to clarify it rapidly began shouting at me to decelerate as she could not have it all along (evidently they do not report claims which appears unacceptable). I requested whenever a quality may come through and he or she stated her client (another driver) needed to create her declaration and he or she could not tell me when that might be—could be times could be fourteen days. I advised her that I'd no vehicle as my was inoperable, therefore might they be supplying a rental and he or she claimed no, nothing might occur until her client created a declaration. I never heard from her, but a appraiser arrived 1 week before and that I never heard something. I've quit three communications and am today without my vehicle for 2 months. Beyond the truth that nothing has occurred, and that I keep messages daily, her conduct was simply exceptionally rude.
