I was very disappointed with my experience at Fox Rental

I had been really dissatisfied with my encounter at Fox Rental. I came in Bay Area to learn that they'd overbooked the economy vehicles which all-they had accessible was amini-van. Therefore, I got the mini van briefly and was informed to return once they got more vehicles directly into change the vehicle.

It's difficult to park a-mini-van in Bay Area! 24 hours later I returned to switch the vehicle. There is a 2-3 time point to obtain through simply to talk to a realtor. Additionally, the prior evening the broker offered me a card with contact numbers to demand help. It was a dead-end quantity that nobody actually acquired on. And so I needed to keep messages.

On another amount I came across they held placing me on-hold and never finding back-up. When I eventually did get my new car (hours later trying out much holiday period, but still not obtaining an economy-car) we were on our way right down to Big Sur. This vehicle (a Rehabilitation cruiser) was definitely better, however it ended up the air-bag lighting/chime might set off repeatedly through the next day or two.

I can't let you know the strain to be in a vehicle and needing to fear the airbags may set off anytime when you are operating along a ledge close to the sea. Needing to pay attention to the noisy chime sound again and again and over truly drawn aswell. Furthermore, the ability plug-in the vehicle supplied didn't function therefore we weren't ready to hear any audio in Big Sur. Overall it got quite a bit from our intended enjoyable holiday. Honestly, I'd just like a complete reimbursement, but I've noticed nothing in reaction to my criticism.
