Fluid to wash windows at pump

Our back window wiper fails, with the roads like they're at this time, i've to often quit right into a gas station to clean off my back screen. I've stopped in the speedway in the corner of center and bristol twice now while in the last week to simply wash my window off and there's been simply no washer fluid within the reserviors in the pumps. Nothing in most 8? Of these? Whats up with that?
