I requested a battery to get a mobile phone. After purchasing I chose to obtain a fresh mobile phone therefore delivered the battery from Partstore when it came. I contained in the return - the bill, the battery along with a notice from me declaring that I no further required the battery. I also sent the organization. I obtained a contact requesting me to contact return department. I did so so-and was informed I required a return quantity. I acquired the amount and sent it towards the Partstore. Evidently the are so inefficient they couldn't complement the delivered battery using the return quantity despite the fact that all had my name onto it.

And So I was out the $30.00 plus delivery. Poor organizational abilities and horrible customer support. Do not conduct business together.
