Purchased a brand new Saturn Perspective. Saturn Torrance promises free loaners. Have experienced numerous service issues. Acquired "free" loaner after which got billed nearly $150 by Hertz for that loaner.informed by Saturn it'd be repaid and solved; per month later we still possess the cost.
