Think they know everything

I so tired of people pissing and moaning about how these were cheated or "scammed" by this shop or that store. All of the period clients don't focus on the things they are informed. Once they return to protest its often simply because they hadnt hear the fist time. Something is true in most facets of revenue. CUSTOMERS ARE LIARS!!! They just notice what they need so when it doesnt match them-they'll change and article poor remarks about their local store. The one thing your doing is displaying your prejudice. Give consideration what your informed & most of times you are able to solve problems you might have. So far as "upsells" I'm so sorry they contact one to inform you the problem of the or that. The next time sleep assure you don't be obtaining a phone and that I wish your vehicle stops working. Today if we did not let you know about a scenario together with your vehicle you'd return and protest, oh huge shock your worrying again, and have 'why didnt you inform me about that last moment I had been in.' Our reaction could be you didnt need to know last period when another thing was incorrect why must I consider the work today. Piss off-you whiny pissants.
