Completely Inept

Our Hyundai Elantra continues to be at your Brake Group - Tigard area on / off for just two months today. Up to now, I've invested nearly $650 and had my vehicle "set" for that same problem four-times (all at your Tigard shop).

2/27: My vehicle was towed for your store ($62)

2/28: I acquired my vehicle and taken care of a brand new alternator belt & battery ($180.99)

3/07: Our vehicle was towed back again to the store using the same problem.

3/08: I acquired my vehicle and taken care of a brand new solenoid & beginner ($447.98)

3/09: the Brake Group workers acquired my vehicle (however using the same problems)

3/11: the Brake Group workers fallen off my vehicle - having changed the alternator

3/12: got stuck at work (same problem as before) & had the vehicle towed to Brake Group

Meanwhile, my colleagues have experienced to arrange their agendas every single day to obtain me to and from work. Obviously, they (and my Supervisor) are becoming sick and tired of being requested to achieve this period and time again.

What I'm requesting is what in my opinion to become probably the most sensible factor: I'd prefer to obtain a loaner until they're particular they've my vehicle set (once as well as for all). I questioned about this and was informed they did not have any loaners. But I declare they've subscribes within the shop stating they do have loaners. Anyhow, in my opinion that I ought tonot have to request a loaner after 14 days. It is simply absurd

And today they're informing me that I've to cover the pull to obtain it back again to the store - INCREDIBLE!
