Country Financial Over 3 months they have had my car and still not fixed

My car was in an accident in December Earnhardts Auto Body is doing the repair, they have had it this whole time and have replaced virtually everything on it, and will not total it, I have been in contact with them and the insurance company that keep giving me the run-around. I have a huge daily blog on this and have contacted all the local news channels. I would love to copy and paste my story but it wont let me. Short story the car is a 2009 cube, so far the damages have been over $10 thousand dollars and they keep telling me they wont total it, I have not had my car since December, I am at my wits end and I can't seem to get any help from anyone!
