Specialty Network Ripped me off

I listed my car on Craigslist, recieved a call offering to sell my car, where they would handle financing, and everything. Was told car usually sels in 2 weeks, even told me they would up the price I was asking by $2000. I was told I would not be charged unless car sold. They were to post on Ebay, and other car sales sites.

When I got my credit card bill, found they had charged me, tried to call several times, got no answer, left message on machine, still no call. I finally spoke to female (not a lady) she was rude and told me I would not get a refund.

The only thing I have heard from this company was a call from another salesman trying to sell me the service (again).

I pulled up the company and found they used the same story on others about selling their car. Most were word for word as I was told by my salesman.
