Over charge on a estimated that only cost $100 4 the job they wanted $600 2 rermove the air intake

I went to to have my 95 Infiniti Q45 looked at for power steering leak and they couldn't work on the car because they discoverd I had a fuel leak underneath the air intake the mechanic told me it will be a hours worth of work at $100 to remove. So I decided to get another qoute from Pep boys whom i took my car to many times but not in the south suburbs because they are known to rip ppl off usually i take it to Lombard, Il on Roosevelt Ave. So they look up the labor estmate to remove the air intake and they told me $500 to $600 and i said there are only 4 bolts to remove why so much they said ALL it's a lot more to it and i was like yeah right, and i tried to show them what had to be remove and it doesn't take that long to do they said it's 5 to 6 hours worth of work so I took it back to and they took the airtake off less than 1 hour and is't just a regular rubber hose with 2 clamps for the fuel leak less then $10 to fix, pepboys $600 or $110.

So never take your car to Pepboys in Lansing, il the when rip you hard look around to other Pepboys with honest employees because i dont believe they were honest. The Pepboys in lombard wanted $450 to remove the air intake so you see who do you trust. Honest
