Victor's Service Center Garage and Body Shop Complete Rip Off and Overcharge

I should have read the reviews on websites before I brought my car over for a "deal" but I wanted to believe Moe was legitimate.

Without boring you to death on his horrible service I will highlight how unprofessional he is.

No invoice or signature for work to be performed
2 weeks into my repair, nothing was done
Pulled my car after Moe would not allow the adjuster to see what work had been performed Created an invoice that was "my responsibility" that included a lien, admin fee and work that was not authorized
When I asked for an itemized invoice for the "work" he said he didn't need to provide me with one

The last straw was the invoice that he gave my insurance that amounted to one days worth of work (after I said I was pulling the car) $2200. He billed the insurance, when I showed the new body shop the invoice, the owner said he was giving the guy the benefit of the doubt and said he may have done $700 worth of work.
