I will not be using Swiss Air again

I recently flew with Swiss Atmosphere longterm. On arrival at my destination airport I came across that my carrier have been shattered into and my camera have been taken. The carrier have been padlocked however the steel labels about the zero have been cut.

I noted this and was informed that I'd need to state payment in the flight. I've had one email from Swiss Atmosphere declaring that valuables within examined in luggage aren't automatically covered. Conclusion of.

I've sent them 3 times and delivered three recorded delivery characters. They've not had the courtesy to answer some of them. I'll not be utilizing Swiss Atmosphere again.
