A poor evaluation for Limousine Agent! Car Broker Ltd are an unprofessional, uncommunicative organization who don't understand this is of the expression “customer service”.

We arranged and employed them for my sister’s hen-night in Cambridge. I arranged a black hummer with balloons, ads and wine. I acquired a bright stretch truck with mechanism, no ads or wine. We paid-for a return trip; nevertheless, the limousine was performing another work in Birmingham between our pick up and selection afterwards. The limousine got caught in traffic in Manchester (shock!) and we ended up needing to get taxis house at the conclusion of the night time (1.15am) since we'd no concept once they might arrive. I published and published a notice of criticism for their authorized handle, and attempted numerous email contact handles, but haven't yet obtained a significant reply.
