I bought an Outback from Concordville Subaru in Pennsylvania 2.5 years ago. I have had the service done there and so they know the car. They sent me a mailing offering a sale for Presidents Day where they would give me the "Black Book" price plus $4,135. I went to the dealer and they only offered the "Black Book" price plus a few hundered dollars.

They blamed it on the computer. The car is in very good condition and has normal mileage. No other reason for the discrepancy between the offer and the mailing was offered.

I will not go there again.
