They are the most unreliable company I have ever dealt with.
My car was supposed to get picked up on 01/11. No one showed up or called at all.
We were moving across country from SC to CA.
I had to make last minute arrangements to have another transporter and rebook my flight as well.
When I called 1Shot, the customer service rep Dave (the only customer service rep they have) told me bunch of lies. Stay away from them!!!
