Computer malfunction

MIT computer on my x5 failed. The vehicle has been around the look for two 5 months. Our seller isn't to blame. The vehicle has 3000 miles. I've experienced contact with customer support of BMW, plus they are not able to inform me the standing of whenever a new pc is likely to be coming from Germany. Actually they're totally at nighttime concerning the pc they suggest that they don't manage any scenario on components appearing out of Germany. The fruit law is my only answer.
