While GMAC transformed to Friend and GM went broke, there is an absolute change in plan regarding rent automobiles. I've been purchasing and renting automobiles from GM for two decades. While rental, I've usually switched my automobiles in in excellent situation with never a fee for extra use or damamge. Since I have didn't plan to instantly substitute my vehicle that I recently switched in because of my upcoming move-out of condition, Friend slapped me having a $400 cost for extra use. After I reported, they instantly decreased the total amount by 40%. Based on the repetition about the telephone, that's the most they are able to reduce a cost. It's an arbitrary quantity with simply no link with the particular situation in challenge. This demonstrates the plan is pre set to cost anything and wish that the portiion iof it stays. I will begin to see the internal memo today declaring that Friend may develop gain $200/automobile when they cost arbitrary costs and wish that a few of the community gives them. I am certainly not really a conspiriact theorist whatsoever. But, just how can they randomly decrease a sum and never acknowledge the plan is just a common corporate plan to cost "leave" costs?
