No parts for 6 weeks

Our Toyota Concor 2400 Texas 4x4 was in an incident on 19th february. I delivered it in about the 26th Feb. Per month later UI was informed there is no back-door plus one would need to be imported from China.

After several ethical guarantees which in fact assist me never. There's still no door. This leaves me in a precidament as Outsurence have ceased my chosen vehicle following the precsribed month.
