Falsely accused for damage to vehicle

I recently needed to take advantage of an Avis rental automobile when my automobile went set for damage repairs. Our insurance provider created the preparations and also the automobile was sent to Ger-Matic Panelbeaters in Silverton.

I used the automobile to get a week and about the 31st March and that I informed the phone call center they should get the automobile between 16:00 and 16:30 in the same areas it had been sent to. I reached Ger-Matic at 16:00 after which it the assistant named the CSIR department to inform them that I had been there and they may come and gather the hired automobile.

I took delivery of my very own vehicle and shifted my own possessions to my own personal automobile. I subsequently examined the automobile inside and out to ensure anything was so as which it had been. I waited because of their driver until 16:45 after which passed the secrets towards the assistant at Ger-Matic. At 17:10 I obtained a phone from the woman at Avis telling me that tere was harm to the hired automobile. I had been surprised by this claim when I understood that I've examined the automobile before I quit and there is nothing wrong withit. Our concerns: Why were they not there after I acquired my automobile? & Their brand 'we try harder' to complete what!!!?
