Dishonest Deals

Dealership did not have manufacturer's sticker price on car. Shown metwo exact colored model cars, one a 2010 and a 2011. Showed me exteriorand interior of but gave me the 2010 when a sales was complete. Charged me twice for freight and tax, title. Called it destination, taxand title in initial pricing but charged again in contract calling itfreight and recharging tax and title. Gave me the manufacturer'spricing sheet after the sale and they added $1,445 to the base price onthe contract. Lied about the mileage.

Did not honor coupon as statedonline. Had additional items added to sales price that was not agreedto. Gave me the 2010 that had weather damage outside and stains allover the inside along with a scratch on the side, yet charged me $375 onthe contract for dealer installed rustproofing and undercoat. Severalsalesmen Pressured me constantly while I was there. Totallydisrespectful to women. Went back with complaints to sales manager andthen next day to general sales manager. Both said I signed thecontract and that nothing can be done. Everyone there worked togetherin their dishonestly.
