Today nearly 100% of times, rear-ending someone is the problem, I struck a of snow, and attempted to brake however the woman stopped limited where there is no ideal in the intersection, creating 9000 bucks worth of harm to my vehicle and 5000 to hers. I don't understand what to complete! I've a fresh vehicle, funded, that was designed to have crash, and did, but evidently after my first incident, this past year, having a deer, they eliminated the protection due to a price to permission form... That we "didn't complete", and my quality decreased 10 bucks. I imagined my quality decreased since I simply made 21.
