Trans-plant transpalt transmission
Had to take Truck back 9 times and out of pocket 21 days in two months. Brackets in wrong place, leaking, internal flaring

Called around and they had competitive pricing. Rebuilt my transmission in one day. The next two months the truck is back 9 times and I am without the vehicle for a combined total of21 days sperad spiratically over the next two months. They hand the truck back and state sometimes its an engine part (tps valve) thats must have gone bad as well as other excuses all of which they state are not transmission problems. Ipaid mechanics to diagnose and they all come back with its the transmission and not these other parts. The transmission leaked, then the support members were put back in the wrong spots, there was internal transmission flaring, now it leaks again.

They do not return calls. They do not provide out of pocket reimbursments for sending you down wild goose chases or the money for other mechanics to verify its their transmission and not other engine problems. They do not pay for a rental vehicle while they fix their substandard work.

A couple of the times I was waiting there other people were complaing of similar horror stories... Not just that they had to bring it back once but one gal was telling me her fiance was about to have a fist fight as the repeated problems got so bad, others begin by rolling their eyes in their heads and begin their tale of being ripped off here. Better Business Buerua gives the a rating of "F". They have 43 complaints to date.
