Hustled by the baggage check in guy

I flew Delta out-of RDU in November of two-thousand five morning hours and After pre-paying for three seats which permitted me one carrier per-ticket I had been billed again at baggage check-in $25 bucks ea. Case. The man there requested to get a tip that we declined since I raised the bags and spot them about the stand he return mentioned my bags might not reach my location after I did easily didn't tip. And so I expected the luggage state man who'd a pile of money. I wont fly Delta at RDU again.
