Mario fernandez, jack l stessler, michael dean new car damage, threatened to file repossess and ruin my credit form after 5 taken back to the dealer!

I bought a brand new Toyota Yaris 2010on January 17 with 30mi on it from Hudson Toyota. We had had averbal agreement that i will pay $2500 by January 27 after I paid a$200 deposit. After I drove the car that day, I found out that thecar radio system and panel weren't working, the airbag light was onwhich meant failure, and the ceiling light and speedometer blinkedcontinuously. I called the sales person named Jack L. Stessler andexplained this situation. He said that there wasn't enough time, sohe told me to bring the car another day.

I parked the car in mydriveway and left it there until January 27 and took it back after Icalled the sales manager named Mario Fernandez and told him that Ididn't want the car anymore and I didn't have the $2500. He told meto bring the car. When I arrived there (driving in dangerous weatherwith the airbags not working because they weren't willing to pick itup with a towing truck), Mario Fernandez threatened saying that hewould file a repossession form and that I had to sign it.

I deniedit since I spoke earlier with Michael Dean, BusinessManager (ext2040), and he said that there would be no repossession if Ireturned the car because there was no bill statement until Marchwhich was contradicted by Mario Fernandez, who was threatening toruin my credit and asked me to leave the car keys and leave theplace, and if I wanted the car back and not file a repossession, hewanted the money by Monday January 31. I don't want the car anymorebecause of the electrical problems and the way I was treated andthreatened to ruin my credit.
