Overcharged

I was given $10 in Promotion Bucks to use within 2 weeks. I made my first purchase on Friday which was within the 14 days and was an $11 deal. When I paid, the print at the bottom said my Mastercard would be charged $1 for the deal. I check my bank account today and Living Social took out $11 for the deal and I am furious because I did NOT authorize the amount of this transaction. I was told I would be paying $1 and then I was charged the full deal price of $11.
