Key Problem

My husband & I purchased a car in June We gave a deposit, and told to take the car, when we come back with the balance of money, we would receive the other key. Our salesman said he couldn't find it, it must be in the used car deprtment, that he would call me the next day and I could pick it up. I've made many phone calls, have been there in person, and each time our salesman tells us he's not sure what happened, but that he'll let the used car dept. Take care of it. I still haven't heard from them. I left another message for the manager, he never called me. When they wanted us to purchase the car, they called often to see what we wanted to do. But to give me the second key, they have seemed to have forgotten.
