Promise of delivering papers for scooter, never happened

I purchased a Puzey H-Wizz from Puzey's seller. Puzey never got the enrollment documents in my experience. I've been awaiting per month today and also the scooter can't be placed on the street. I've today provided the bicycle back again to the seller and certainly will proceed gather another make of scooter. I've talked to Jackie and also to Mike Puzey herself but still there is no response regarding this issue. Personally I think when an individual buys something similar to a scooter the documents ought to be open to them the next day-so the bicycle could be authorized and placed on the street. Their support is truly that of the no-care perspective! I'd suggest that peopke don't purchase Puzey whilst the support is truly poor!

The documents for my scooter was delivered to Nelspruit in South Africa and contains obtained per month and that I am still awaiting them. It generally does not take-1 month to get the documents it may be completed like a overnight, I understand I work-in the courier company!!!
