Bad product and even worse customer service

I bought a scooter for $700.00 and one more guarantee for $200.00. Once the scooter found my house and after unpacking it, the scooter wouldn't begin. I named the organization and tell them the scooter was not beginning. There response was to appear on line for directions on just how to repair the problem. First of I'm no mechanic and own 1 screw driver, they explained that it had been within the agreement that some might not begin which I ought to took it to some technician... WHAT, I taken care of a functional scooter, I actually donot work on motors, I actually donot have time for you to mess n/anything I'd religion works. There response was for me personally to focus on it myself or spend a technician to focus on it... Terrible customer support, after I contact I get returned from 1 individual to a different, and also the same task, sorry s-t - out-of luck. Do not buy from this vendor, no customer support as well as less quality for that scooter!!!
