Ad tires

Had my tires rotated and they found that the tire was separating and the place I took it told me that it was very dangerous so I took it to ford and they told me that it would cost me $130.00 I had to pay 40% well I have 23000 miles on it and when I told them when that tire was put on my truck it was bad they were trying to charge me $280.00per tire when they list for $199.00 i think that they should replace it I have checked at other places that told me the same thing that it was dangerous the truck is a 2008 ford king ranch super cab well over $50,000 and it is under there 36000mile bumper to bumper warranty
