Shawn britten came into our auto repair shop, envoking the name of a friend. Ordered over $1000 in repairs, paid $200 took vehicle without our authorization and now refuses to pay balance due. Has claimed: did not authorize work - though we have documentation to show otherwise, and she repeatedly returned to the shop, requesting more work, without paying. Beware she is a liar and crafty deadbeat payer.
