Ripoff Failure to pay warranty claims fraud

I bought a 2001 Lamborghini Diablo from a private customer who had paid for the extended warranty through Exotic Warranty Company and Fidelity Worldwide. Before purchasing the car, I called the warranty company and inquired about the coverage and what needed to be fixed when I received the car. They agreed verbally that the items in need of fixing were covered and they would pay for the repairs as soon as the car was sent to me. They asked me to fill out an inspection form, which was filled out by my repair facility. They then turned around and said all the items were "wear" items and not covered under the warranty. I had mutiple repair shops tell me that the items were not "wear" items and they were simply trying to get out of paying. I later found out that that Exotic Car Warranty Company and it's underwriter, Fidelity Worldwide have had numerous problems with other people. They will pay small claims but figure out ways of getting out of the major claims they say they cover. The place is a fraud!
