Excessive cost differences and horrible service

First i got my Toyota Hilux 3.0D. 4. D to get a support @ Monument Toyota. I gathered my automobile and delivered house with it, coming to house i observed the cup-holder wasn't changed which brought me to examine another products Monument Toyota had outlined as function to become completed and charged me for, wheels top and rear, air cleanser, gas level. Aside from the cup-holder the wheels weren't done, the previous patches were still in, the aged air cleanser was still within the vehicle, i named Monument Toyota and queried, they replied that I'd to create my vehicle within the next day-so they are able to do that which was not done, 'imagine if used to do not examine the vehicle?' is that this the way in which this department makes cash by messing their clients? Subsequently it's today simply over four weeks later and that I still don't have my cupholder.

Their costs cupholder R528.15 uni trans Toyota R 296.70, monument wiper blades R440.00 uni trans R 188.60. I've more problems and that I would really like Toyota Southafrica to form this out.
