Getting worried. I placed an order on Friday the 21st of Jan. The payment was deducted using paypal but I have not received any word about shipment of product. I have sent an email to the customer service and have also called the service number. The email will send but there is no response and the phone does not pick up. Hopping this wasn’t a scam.
