24hrbracelets Cancelled order becaused they said they did not received payment by PayPal even though I told them Paypal verified they sent money same day!

I ordered personalized bracelets from this company on September 8 and paid through PayPal. I noted on the order if they could not fulfill by September 22 to please contact me. I called on September 21st to make sure the order was going to be delivered only to be told that it was never taken care of because they did not get paid through PayPal. I asked if they could double check to see if perhaps they made a mistake, but they would not even entertain the idea.

I called PayPal and PayPal confirmed that they had sent the money to them on September 8th. I called them back and the sales clerk told me he would forward the request to customer service to see if they could try to get it done and sent to me by September 23rd. I left my cell phone number because I was going to be leaving home and the representative told me he would have someone call me hopefully before 5:00 P.M. When I returned home, I had an email telling me that they canceled the order for non-payment. I could not believe it. I sent them a notice back and told them I was going to contact Better Business, paypal, and leave a bad comment if I did not get my money back by Friday.

Guess what, I had my refund by this evening. So apparently they found the money, but when I was begging them to check since I really needed the product... They would not even consider looking.

I hope no one else gets taken by this company.
