Worst business to customer relations I have ever experienced

Called around to get estimates for windshield repair and Affordable Auto Glass on the phone. He turned out to be my lowest bidder so he won the job of installing a new windshield in my car. He is a mobile service so this was done in front of my house. I could already tell this guy had an attitude from the moment he got out of his van. Icould hear him dropping f-bombs from inside my house (this pretty close to after the elementary school bus just let kids off in my neighborhood).

After the installation I found out that he didn't take credit cards so I went about writing him a check. He begins to berate me about every little part of the check and goes into a wierd frenzy about the liability he has to take if my check bounces after I assured him that I had just made a transfer to have sufficient funds available. He then threatens to remove the windshield if the check bounces (again after I assured him of the funds available). With his attitude and demeanor if hewas to show up for anything around my neighborhood againI wouldn't hesitate toactually call the police, this guy definitely has a screw loose. One of the rudest, foulest individualsI have ever done business with. Spend the extra 10-40 bucks that you would save and go to somone else.

Coincidentallyanother mobile glass replacement service was doing work up the street so I had him look at the job he had done. It was shoddy at best.
