Stephen Sheffer Deceptive, Liar and a good rippoff artist

Steve Sheffer, you cost me extra $12,000.00 at the end of my closed end motor vehicle lease agreement. You lead me to believed that I will owned the vehicle with no residual valueafter 5 years because you told me so. My instinct at that time told me that there is something wrong with thedocument but I just didn't see it then. Nowonder you don't want me to finish reading the contract in front of you after I signed the contract. Now I know why all the figures are not put above the line, unlike the firstcontract which was very clear and all the figures are above the line. No wonder you don't want me to touched that piece of paper you showed me when you compared my previous and new lease aggreement. I have a feeling that you already doctored that piece of paper when I left your office. And probably, that's how your company make more money by ripping off your customer.

Warning! To all people who wants to lease vehicle from this company, before you signed the contract make sure the documents are properly prepared and figures are above the line, soit's easy for you to see what was typewritten by justbrowsing through the document even if you don't want to read all the paragraph.

Second, ask fora copy of all documents that you signed even if that piece of paper is not part of legal document.

Lastly, read the document in front of the person and if that person ask you to excuse yourself from his office, tear that document in front of the person's face and walk away from that office.
