Horrendous service

Where you can start...? I got out an insurance policy with Allstate Motor Membership since they're my insurance carrier and also have to date been excellent. But-don't be confused from the initial cost, Allstate Motor Membership supplies a TERRIBLE support.

1). They got 6 months to deliver me my account facts, despite me calling them many times. Then when I did so need dysfunction help, it got nearly an hour or so about the telephone to straighten out who I was and what my protection was. Not what you require when you are caught in the aspect of the street.

2). I had been involved with a significant car crash and had a need to pull my vehicle to some storage. I named Allstate and was educated that my plan have been terminated. The excessively rude and intense phone-individual declined to inform me why or provide any aid, despite the fact that I had been stuck and surprised following the incident. She simply kept saying that I 'owed them cash' but what not state for what. I wound up calling a pull myself simply to get home.

3). I named Allstate MC your day after my incident to determine why my plan have been terminated. Even though employee I talked to was ethical, she was definitely ineffective and may not provide me a definite solution regarding the termination. I expected for that title and contact information on her supervisor and so I might tackle my criticism.
