Lack of communication, effort, poor service

I had been struck with a driver with AllState Insurance. A policeman observed the whole incident and published up a study declaring the AllState driver struck me which her insurance might declare responsibility and address problems. I had been provided a state quantity in addition to a claims adjuster to deal with my scenario. It's been more than 3 months that my vehicle continues to be resting in the bodyshop and that I haven't been provided a rental and that I haven't obtained a phone from an AllState celebration. I've named about 4-5 times per week and keep messages with Louise, the claims adjuster, but haven't once observed back from her. AllState also offers the backup of the incident record but still no improvement hasbeen created. As a result of this inadequate support I've been left with no car to make the journey to function or my push my child areas. I really hope in the end is that this is determined I not have to cope with AllState Insurance again.
