Easterns Auto Motors Assualted & fired by my sales trainer& manager, when i disagreed with their deceptive selling tactics

Employed for 1 day, while on the second day I was assualted & fired by my sales trainer & manager; whenI disagreed with their deceptive selling tactics. First day when employed by Easterns Motors I was placed with a Top Seller trainer. He gave me the run down on their selling strategy. Which was very deceptive & naive and totally lying way to sell to consumers. First incident was;consumer was approved for a loan but she was only able to put to down a small amount. Then a day later management told the sale person that the consumer was no longer approved for the loan. So the sale person job was to call the consumer and lie to her and tell her that she needs to put down more money so that the transaction can continue. So I ask my trainer " will this solve her issue. He told me no; "this is just a stall tactic so she can come in with more money and we redo the loan even thoughweknow that thebank is going to deny againway". I askhim what was the reason behind this, he said "It was a way to blamethe bank fault for the fault and not us". When actually we was at fault and not the bank.

Theytold me if a I am an honest man, this is not the job for me. On the second day, consumer came in looking for an automobile. I greeted her nicely and kind and she responded I"m here to just look around today. So I told her that's fine and show here vechile, but management was upset with me because I did not take control over the customer and gave her the option to look around instead of her being seated first until we run her credit. So my trainer came to meand took over the deal. But was offended with me when I said myintegrity is worth more than money. Which the comment offended him and he saidget away from me which I refuse not so he push me the 1st time away, and the second time he pushmeeven harderwhich made me fall on the ground. The second push was hard enough where I can perform NBA flop and fall to the ground.

Call the police and that went no where because Management was onhis side because he a top salesman. And me to look as if I was crazy and he was so right.

Management said that I was faking and that the salesman did not laid a finger on me. That I went to the ground without any contact. So if you don't no proof you are stuck.
