Jim Raso, owner, Writes bad cheques, does not pay for all deliveries, does not pay you at all once you quit

The owner of Jet Express, Jim owes me over $2000. He writes bad cheques, falls further and further behind on them, and the second you stop working for him; all calls and messages are ignored. I got a message from someone else claiming that he owes him $3200 and that he does this all the time. Am getting a court order to get whatever agreement I signed, and then suing.
