Reserved seat ripoff

I bought a busticket from Ma to Springfield for journey on October 8. The purchase was a reserved fit on the 5:15 pm coach, and also the solution claims in basic Language it's just advantageous to the 5:15 pm starting on 10/8.

I came in lots of time. The coach filled-up and became popular while I had been in-line. The driver before making guaranteed me these were getting another coach around, however it never turned up.

If my solution is great just for the required journey they must have kept a chair for such concerns.

I submitted an application seeking a reimbursement and also have noticed nothing. Telephone calls find yourself on-hold after which period towards the owner who directs the phone call back to take store for another 10 minutes until time out towards the owner again.

Peter Pan reserved seating is just a rip off as well as their customer support is horrible.
