I took over payments on a 2007 5 series BMW and just learned that the payments were not being made. Additionally, the company moved out of it's offices overnight, with no notice, and wrote on the outside of the office windows, "Call for $".

I contacted the owner Josh, who told me to wire the money directly to his girlfriend's account—not the corporate account that I had been making payments to, but his girlfriend's personal account.

PS. They moved to California and NO, I did not send the payment to her. I am working to get the vehicle back to its rightful owner.
