Sold me a car that didn't even make it home. I owned the car for 5 hour before it stop working. Called them and they said it not there problem and hung up won't answer are calls

We were sold a car 10/1 that we owned for 5 hours before it broke down. We took it to mechanic comes to find there was a cracked block that has been there for a month or two. We immediately contacted the dealer doug said dealership would take care of it most likely they would offer to pay for labor if we would pay for parts. But he would check with tim the manager. He couldn't believe that the diagnosis was so bad. He said they have a mechanic check out and inspect all their vehicles. Tim called back and said it is negligence on our part for driving the car home from the dealership. They will not answer are calls or work with us. They should pay for the repair's for a unsafe / uninspect car. They need to be investigated and the place where they get there car smog at to.
