We were involved with a tail incident which was not our problem and named to truly have the automobile taken off our plan because it was no further a car.
The very first phone they requested us to send a treatment type. They stated they never received it and extended to bill us for that vehicle. Therefore, we sent it again. Whenever we named to ask why the vehicle wasn't eliminated they informed us our demand was "refused." WTF? How will you refuse a demand to stop support? So that they are focusing on the 2nd demand and we "may" learn about it quickly. I say "may" since to be able to obtain a your hands on among the apes at work you've to become on-hold for atleast one hour and therefore are moved between practices many times.
Therefore, the problem is not solved and we're still spending insurance on the car that people no further own
If you should be contemplating their support BELIEVE DIFFICULT about whether saving $20 per month may be worth all of the tension.
