I rented a car from this place. I was down in arizona to train for a job. They said to give a deposit which they would take rental charges out of. The first week went by and i went to renew.By the way the car was a hunk of junk. Then they said my insurance wasn't varified. Which t hey had a copy of my declaration page. I paid another week and they claimed they would wait on varification. Three days later they called and tried to get more money and then said just bring it in so they could fill our another set of paperwork.instead they took the car threatened me and kept all the cash i gave them and charged up my credit card.in total they ripped me off over $600. The owner pete started yelling at me and told me to get off his property. I was alone and stuck in the middle of a strange city with a maxed credit card and not enough cash for cab fare. He then called my work in an attempt to get me fired. I had to file a police report, which are called daily on him. Shame on arizona to let a business operate under so many different names with similar complaints going back to 1999, and they allow them to be in business without consequense. When i arranged the rental it was under phoenix car rental. When i arrived at this location it was saban's, and although i had an uneasy feeling i was stuck, and was unaware of their track record, because of the different names they use. The owner is the biggest pond scum. The witch cathy that works for him is no better. Neither are there yard people who are more his bouncers for everytime he scams someone. The only thing i said to him was his business practices were bad and he started screaming at me and then tried to get me fired. Please if anyone else needs to contact me although i'm not from the area i want to take this all the way, and will come back as much necessary to see this through.
