Jansen Chevorlet ripoff I bought a Extended Service Agreement, my car broke down and they won't fix it

I paid about $1,200 for a Extended Service Agreement. My car broke down, had it towed to the oldsmobile repair shop here in La. Jansen Chevrolet Co.in Il. Refuses to honor it. Now I found out from the repair man the car had been welded before I bought it in the area the car is broke. After many phone calls I still can't get anyone to honor the agreement. Please help.
