Incomptetent mechanic and managers that look the other way (so long as they get your money)

The water pump was replaced with a "one year warranty" on parts and labor.
Two months later my car is leaking coolant. I went back and left my car one whole day to be inspected and nothing was done to it. It was not even moved from the place where I parked it in the morning. Several days later I went to a different shop of the same company, and located close by, expecting a more responsive manager. He kept my car the whole day and claims he did not find the source of the leak -although the leak is obvious-. He claimed that he needed to bring special equipment and a mechanic working at the first location. The mechanic never came because he was "too busy".

I must say that the day before I brought my car, I called to verify that he would take my car. He told me that he would expect me at 8 AM the next day.

I voiced my complaint at the end of the day, but all he replied was that I needed to take again my car to the first location.
