This guy turned out to be a careless driver, saturated in road rage. He was in his organization vehicle, was rushing, was carelessly changing counters, got really furious for whatever reason and reduce his truck before me on i275. It had been apparent in my experience to not do anything-but look straight-ahead and push. This event was documented. The individual must visit some kind of mentalhealth treatment or trend administration.
